Know the location before you commit your money

Vantlens builds cited due-diligence reports on any US or Canadian commercial address — demographics, drive-time trade areas, competition, traffic, noise — every number traced to a public source. From $149, once. No subscription, no revenue fantasies.

Every number cited.

How we source every number

Platforms in this space run $12K–$50K a year. A documented small-city contract: $19,000/yr. This report: $149, once.

Deliberate refusals

What we won't tell you

We never project your revenue.

The report shows break-even conditions from your assumptions; it does not invent your future.

We never score a neighbourhood by who lives there.

The same address produces the same report for every buyer. Demographic context stays descriptive.

We never publish a number we can't cite.

Every figure names its public source and vintage. Modeled estimates are labeled with their limits.

Neighbourhood reports are the second door.

The residential report is not open yet. It will apply the same source-and-vintage discipline to a home move, without scoring people or promising safety.

Questions

Before commissioning a report

Prices, sources, and the projection refusal stated plainly.

How much does a Vantlens location report cost?

A single commercial Location Report is $149; comparing three sites is $249; a city-wide Market Report is $499 (CA$679). Residential Neighbourhood Reports are $39. All are one-time purchases — there is no required subscription.

Where does Vantlens get its data?

From free, commercially-licensed public sources: the US Census Bureau (ACS 2023 5-year), Statistics Canada (2021 Census at dissemination-area level), the FBI Crime Data Explorer, and Overture Maps. Every number in a report names its source and vintage. Modeled estimates are labeled and carry error-bar ranges.

Does Vantlens predict how much revenue a location will make?

No — deliberately. Vantlens never publishes revenue projections. Reports show break-even conditions computed from your own assumptions (rent, ticket size, margins), so you can see what would have to be true for the location to work.
